Shipping policy

At GADNEV, we aim to make delivery clear and straightforward.

Where we ship
We ship to the countries available at checkout. If your country cannot be selected at checkout, we are currently unable to accept an order for that destination.

Delivery time
Orders are expected to arrive within 5–10 calendar days from the date the order is placed, including order processing and transit. We will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every item we sell, with no minimum order. What you see on the product page is what you pay, with no shipping fees added at checkout.

Delays
If we become aware that your order cannot be delivered within 14 calendar days, we will contact you with an update. You may choose to accept a revised delivery date or cancel the undelivered order for a full refund.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, email Support@gadnev.com as soon as possible. We will try to update it before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.

Import charges
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply. Any amounts collected by GADNEV will be shown at checkout. Charges not collected at checkout may be requested by the carrier or local authorities upon delivery.
